Turn your PlayStation 3 off by the switch on the back. Count to five.<br />2. Turn it back on, and hold the on button on the front. Count to five.<br />3. Let go. It should say something about the picture setting. Choose the options that suit you.<br />4. It will take you to a screen that will have a countdown starting from 30. If you can see this screen, press the option that accepts the setting you put it on.<br /><br />- If the screen is black when you do part 4, wait for 30 seconds, and try configuring the options.<br />- Make sure you HDMI cable is plugged in!<br />- If you don't have a HDMI cable, GO AND BUY ONE NOW!<br /><br /><br />PlayStation 3 Overheating (3 beeps)<br /><br />So far I have found no fixes for this problem, but I am looking into it, I will post a video of my console doing this! <br /><br />NOTE:<br />If your console has not yet done this, then I suggest that you leave it in a very well ventilated area, not too close to other systems.
