Help
Need help with your PlayStation 3 system?
Well you've found the right place!
(All help is provided by my past experience)
PlayStation 3 sound but no screen:
1. Turn your PlayStation 3 off by the switch on the back. Count to five.
2. Turn it back on, and hold the on button on the front. Count to five.
3. Let go. It should say something about the picture setting. Choose the options that suit you.
4. It will take you to a screen that will have a countdown starting from 30. If you can see this screen, press the option that accepts the setting you put it on.
- If the screen is black when you do part 4, wait for 30 seconds, and try configuring the options.
- Make sure you HDMI cable is plugged in!
- If you don't have a HDMI cable, GO AND BUY ONE NOW!
PlayStation 3 Overheating (3 beeps)
So far I have found no fixes for this problem, but I am looking into it, I will post a video of my console doing this!
NOTE:
If your console has not yet done this, then I suggest that you leave it in a very well ventilated area, not too close to other systems. Before I moved into my new room it was fine, it occured only when I put it in a cramp and hot condition!
